What do you mean 'sweatshop free'?

All of our shirts are made in factories that comply with the guidelines layed out by the Fair Wear Foundation. The FWF exists to promote fair labour conditions in the clothing industry. So they're not made in sweatshops.

How much is postage /shipping?

Postage is free on two or more shirts. Single shirts will be charged at £3 P&P within EU, £6 P&P Everywhere else.

What forms of payment do we accept?

Pretty much any option you like... from the following: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is the MILLIONHANDS store?

We use PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from MILLIONHANDS?

No, you don't have to have a PayPal account: although if you already have an account with PayPal you can use it.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you've placed an order we'll get it out to you within 48 hours, but please allow a week's delivery time after that depending on where you live. Shirts have arrived within a couple of days, but it all depends on your local postie.

What if there's a problem with my order?

Drop us an email to info [at] millionhands.net as soon as possible and let us know what it is.

What's your return policy?

Drop us an email to returns [at] millionhands.net and let us know what the issue is, then return your shirts to us unworn within 14 days of purchase and we'll exchange your item for you free of charge; or refund your money (-10% admin fee to cover our costs).

Which size should I get?

In the most part we would suggest getting the size you most often wear, but it's a good idea to check the sizing charts next to each T-shirt before you buy.
